Local Drug Busts or Events

In February 2024, Baltimore, Maryland, U.S. District Judge Ellen L. Hollander sentenced a 51-year-old man to a decade in federal prison. This will be followed by four years of supervised release. This sentencing came as a result of his involvement in possessing with the intent to distribute a variety of controlled substances, including cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, and MDMA.

The man's guilty plea revealed his involvement in a drug trafficking organization. The organization was responsible for distributing a significant amount of controlled substances around Baltimore from November 2019 to November 2020. He sourced heroin through another drug trafficking organization, with narcotics delivered by a middleman in New York City. He obtained cocaine from Philadelphia, which was transported back to Baltimore for distribution.

Additionally, he engaged in financial fraud to fund his operations by giving pandemic-related unemployment insurance benefits to another inmate for rent payments on a stash house. Upon his arrest, authorities seized multiple cell phones, designer items, and a substantial amount of cash and drugs from his possession and related properties. His sentencing is the conclusion of a case involving 13 defendants.

Easy Online Registration

The process of find a screening location and registering and paying online was nice and easy and convenience. However, once I got to the testing center, I literally waited 2-hrs to do a 5 min of urine screening test. That is not acceptable. They said they only had one doctor working, however a urine screen does not require a doctor. However, getting my results the same day in a matter of hrs was a nice convenience,So thats why I cant give a five star.
