10 Panel Urine Drug Test

The 10 Panel Urine Drug Test screens for five street drugs (cocaine, heroin, meth, weed, PCP) and five prescription drugs (benzodiazepines, quaaludes, methadone, propoxyphene, barbiturates). This is the most common non-DOT employment drug test for corporations, and is frequently required of nursing and medical school students prior to any new rotations.

I called instead arranging for the pre-employment test online, and the person who answered the phone was friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond and I had confirmations right away. Excellent customer focus. Thank you!

We use your drug screen services, mostly in the more rural areas of Northern California. I have always been pleased with the ease of using the system, as well as the knowledge and courtesy of your customer service reps.

Who should register for this test?

The 10 Panel Urine Drug Test should be scheduled by employers, courts, schools, or individuals seeking a professional lab test to find out if someone used or abused street or prescription drugs in the recent past. The following substances are included in this screening:

  • Cocaine
  • Marijuana (THC, cannabinoids)
  • Phencyclidine (PCP – angel dust)
  • Amphetamines (including methamphetamines, also known as crystal meth)
  • Opiates (including heroin, codeine and morphine)
  • Benzodiazepines (such as Xanax)
  • Barbiturates
  • Methadone
  • Propoxyphene
  • Methaqualone (Quaaludes)

How do I schedule a test?

You can register online or over the phone, for yourself, an employee, a student, or someone else that you wish to have tested. You’ll receive a registration code that can be used at the nearest clinic to the city, state and/or ZIP code that you choose. You (or the person being tested) can then walk into any one of 2500+ Health Street drug test locations nationwide.

When will I get my test results?

Results take one or two business days for a negative. The signed report is sent via PDF file to your email. If the initial screening is not negative, because of either prescription medications or illicit drug use, our lab will run a GC/MS confirmation test at no extra charge, which can take about a week.

Who reviews my test?

All of our drug tests are processed by our SAMHSA Certified laboratory, the most rigorous certification in drug testing. The results are always reviewed by one of our Medical Review Officers (MRO) – licensed physicians and toxicology experts. If the results are not negative, you will be notified to call our doctor. This is your opportunity to explain any prescription medications you are currently taking. If the MRO determines that your prescribed medications caused the non-negative, then your result will be listed as negative.
