Owner of Vista home charged in "Crack House" indictment

A Vista home is believed to be a center of many drug deals, firearms violations, and thefts. Police arrested the owner of the home and charged him with a "crack house" indictment. Over the years, police have documented seven citations and arrested at least 22 people from the same location.

Robert Brewer, an attorney, stated "We allege that this property is a drug-laden haven for violent felons, gang members, drug dealers and drug users."

Neighbors witnessed undercover law enforcement officers searching the house. If the suspect is convicted, he may be fined $500,000 and serve twenty years.
