Great Helpful Service
very helpful. I was able to complete my order online. Great customer service! I was scheduling a pre-employment drug screening and I wanted to make sure that the potential candidate was able to come in for the screening the same day that she was due to come to our office to complete paperwork.

San Leandro, California: Drug abuse trends

San Leandro falls under Alameda County, which has reported 170 opioid overdose deaths since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. That means there was a 40 percent increase in overdose fatalities between 2019 to 2020. One of the biggest problems was fentanyl, which is still increasing throughout the United States. Even so, Alameda County has about one death a day from drug overdoses.

Experts say these numbers are likely even higher because homeless people often die from drug overdoses, and coroners are not investigating the cause of death. Some of these overdoses go unreported and make the numbers appear lower than they actually are.

Alameda County police seized 10 million dollars in cash and 500K marijuana plants

Alameda County detectives were working on a case for eighteen months and eventually seized $10 million in cash, almost 500,000 marijuana plants, a case of weapons, and six tons of processed marijuana valued at $42 million. The bust was the largest in the bay area and one of the largest in the state. The sheriff said that the quality of marijuana was the biggest he had ever seen. The operation was in more than a dozen locations, some of which were in San Leandro, Oakland, Hayward, and Castro Valley.
