The man was charged with intent to distribute methamphetamine as well as felony possession of ammunition and faces a maximum of 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
According to reports, law enforcement conducted a search of the Lodi man's apartment, where agents discovered several large bags of methamphetamine alongside a firearm magazine containing multiple rounds of ammunition. The case was prosecuted under the Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN) Program, which is an evidence-based initiative aimed at reducing violent crime throughout local communities.
