Customer service is always great, our only issue is the results process. We feel as though we pay for the test and results however if the employee states that they have a prescription for something we are unable to know. Anyone can say they take something with validity however it could be anybody’s meds. For this reason we have decided to use another company that will forgo using an MRO and allow us to see the results either way.
