10 Panel Drug Test
A 10 Panel Drug Test is a very popular choice for pre-employment drug testing. How long do drug screen results take?
If negative, 10 Panel Urine Drug Test results typically come back the next business day, but can take longer in some cases. If the screening is not negative, further testing is required. Our lab will run a GC/MS confirmation test on all non-negative results, which provides an official, quantitative measurement of the level of drugs in the system. How to Register for a 10 Panel Drug Test
Registering for a 10 panel urine drug test is fast and easy for companies or individuals. Choose a lab location based on ZIP code, and we will send you (or the person you specify) a map to the clinic with a barcode to use for the drug test. A 10 Panel Urine Drug Test costs $93.
How it works once registered
Once registered, a barcode authorization and a map with the clinic address is immediately sent via email. Employers can choose to provide the employee's cell phone number to enable instant text messaging of the barcode and clinic address, or else they can simply forward the email registration to their candidate or employee at their convenience. The barcode is then presented to the professional technician at the chosen drug testing facility along with a government-issued photo ID, and the test is administered. Status notifications are sent throughout the process. The person who placed the order is notified when the registrant completes the drug test. Additional notifications are sent when the urine specimen reaches the lab, and, of course, when the results are ready to review securely online.
Instant 10 Panel vs Lab Test
The standard 10 Panel Drug Test is lab-based, but we also offer instant testing for employers who wish to get negative screening results on the same day. Not all states allow instant testing for employment purposes, and we only provide these services where permitted by law. However, our technology allows for MRO review on all of our tests, even instant tests, which means that we can provide these services even when other companies' rapid tests don't meet the legal requirements of the state.
If you are choosing an instant version, remember that the non-negative specimens are still sent off to the lab for confirmation testing and then to the MRO for final review. You'll get a rapid result in approximately 95% of the tests, and a full lab review when necessary, thereby protecting both the employer and the employee.
