Ms. James went far beyond the norm. She has worked with me all day on getting an emergency situation covered. I was not able to access the Portal. However, Ms. James kept me informed at all times. Ms. James took a very early morning call. Never acted like I was a bother. She walked me through the process and made all the arrangements on an extremely tight time schedule. Saved our project hundreds of dollars in down time. I could not be more impressed!

I am in Greensboro, North Carolina and needed an EtG test, which not all locations offer. She located the appropriate place and even sent a link to my phone to help me get there in a timely fashion.
