Person Docs in GLASS

Person Docs are digital records where you can you securely request, store, manage, and track documents related to a Person. They also support electronic signatures, making it easy to send, sign, and maintain records without manual follow-up or scattered files.

You can send a Person Doc to any individual for whom you have an accurate email address or phone number. Requestees do not need a GLASS user account to view, add attachemets to, or sign a Person Doc.

Yes. To resend a Person Doc request, navigate to the Person Doc table and click on the row of the document you want to resend. Once you arrive on the PersonDoc page, hit the "Resend Link" button.
