Wichita County District Attorney John Gillespie said, “This dramatic rise in Wichita County in drug mortality rates highlights the importance of drug interdiction and prosecution efforts. When I started my career as a prosecutor in 2001, meth was driving drug mortality and crime rates. Then, K2 became a threat.
