Professional Service, Lacking Communication

Ordered a Hair Folicle test for a family member in Northwest Arkansas. Made the arrangements online. The service when she arrived was very professional. The communication with me was sadly lacking. I had no notice as to when the test was taken or what time frame the results would take.
