In Mays Landing in 2019, two men were sentenced for their connection to a county-wide drug distribution network. The charges included first-degree leader of a narcotics trafficking network, second-degree convicted person not to possess a handgun, first-degree production facility, second-degree possession of heroin with intent to distribute, and third-degree money laundering.
