The representatives were very polite and courteous. I received my receipt via email immediately. However, I did not receive the 2nd email containing the confirmation code (1 week had passed). I had to call customer support and the rep was able to assist me. She generated and emailed me a code right away. After the screening, my results were emailed to me the very next day.Overall, despite the slight hiccup, Health Street provided great customer service and quick turnaround time.

My medical school requires drug testing before every rotation. Health Street is good for that. They make it easy. I call it in, get the auth code, and go for testing, they email results next day. Only problem is that hours can be limited sometimes depending on the location (although Renton is my favorite).
