The customer service I received from Shervon was courteous, professional, and informative she made me feel like a human not a number. The quest tech that did the drug screen for pre employment test needs to sharpen his people skills and realize that although he may do this particular test daily on many people and it’s routine, it is not routine for every customer. The tech made me feel as a number out of sequence and was a problem for him.
