You never know when you’ll need to tap into your personal drug stash when you’re serving time in the county jail, right? Well, apparently three women wanted to make sure they wouldn’t have to endure wearing blue jump suits and having to chow down on the food served in the dinning hall without a little something to take the edge off while doing time in the the Palm Beach County Jail. According to arrest reports, each of the women decided to smuggle in drugs in a unique way and were confident that the contraband would slip under the radar while they were being processed after their initial arrests.

Clearly their attempts at pulling a quick one on deputies were misguided as all three were busted before they could even say “orange is the new black.”

Debra Ellen Gleason

Debra Ellen Gleason was originally arrested on November 8 fir domestic violence after she attacked her amputee 69 year-old husband, pushing and biting him while ripping his clothes. Gleason reportedly became enraged after he refused to allow her to drive his car. Thankfully a neighbor heard the commotion and quickly called the Palm Beach County Police Department to break up the scuffle.

Upon arrest Gleason was facing battery charges. That all changed when she was in the middle of being processed as a prescription pill bottle fell out of her vagina in front of a deputy while she was changing into the jail’s regulation blue scrubs. The report noted that three different types of prescription pills were contained in the bottle, two of which were narcotics. The only thing weighing in Gleason’s favor was the fact that all three medications smuggled in were in here name. Prescribed or not, she still made a major mistake that garnered her and additional charge of introducing a controlled substance into a detention facility. She’s currently being detained in the Palm Beach County Jail until she is able to pay her $3,000 bond.

Krystina Franciosi

Krystina Franciosi hails from Jupiter, Florida and was arrested for the fifth time in three years on November 7 in Palm Beach County. Franciosi was brought into the jail facing a laundry list of charges for drug possession without a prescription, possession with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a specified area, heroin possession, possession of drug equipment, trespassing, violation of probation and tampering with evidence.

As if she didn’t have enough to worry about already, Franciosi thought it would be a good idea to smuggle in some Flakka in her bra for “safekeeping”. Proving that some ideas should be left untested, her contraband was soon discovered by a deputy while she dropped it while changing into her own set of blue scrubs. Her mishap earned her the additional charge of smuggling contraband into a detention facility, which brought her bond up to a hefty $19,000.

Kimberly A. Gunza

37 year-old Kimberly A. Gunza was arrested on November 8 while making a trip down south from her home in Hobe Sound, Florida. She initially faced charges if possession of a controlled substance that came with a $3000 bond when she arrived at the Palm Beach County Jail, but she managed to wrack up two additional charges for introducing a contraband into a detention facility and possession of a controlled substance on detention ground. The new charges also added to her existing bond, bringing the total up to $11,000.
